As members of the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association, members of USU’s Rodeo Club compete in college rodeos throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.  Traveling to various locations in Utah, Southern Idaho and Colorado, members compete as individuals as well as a team in hopes to qualify for the 2013 College National Finals Rodeo in Casper, Wyoming.

Members compete against the following academic institutions: Weber State University, Utah Valley University, College of Southern Idaho, Southern Utah University, Idaho State University, Colorado Mesa University, and Colorado Northwestern Community College. Events offered at the collegiate level include: saddle bronc riding, bareback riding, bull riding, steer wrestling, tie-down roping, team roping, barrel racing, breakaway roping and goat tying.
